Displaying of Products
Internet displays of That’s My Brat’s
products is permitted with prior permission.
Minimum Order
That’s My Brat requires a minimum first
order of $150.00. There is a $75.00 minimum on reorders.
Payment Methods
All orders must be prepaid by Master Card, Visa,
American Express, Discover, Check or COD. COD cost is $10.00
Payment Terms
Invoices are generated when the product is
shipped. Payment is due when the product is shipped. All orders must
have a credit card on file. All past-due invoices over 30 days are
subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month, which is equivalent to
an annual percentage rate of 18%.

Return of Products
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we
will gladly issue you a refund within 7 days of receipt If the returned
merchandise is in the same condition and packaging as when we shipped.
Please contact our Customer Service team to obtain a return
authorization number within 7 days of your receipt of the items. Upon
That’s My Brat's receipt of your return, we will issue a credit
to your charge card. (All shipping costs are the responsibility of the
customer.) We suggest customers send all returns via insured mail for
protection in the event of loss or damage.
Reproduction of Products
No designs or products shown herein may be copied
or reproduced in any way without the express written permission or
authorization of That’s My Brat.
Safety of Products
That’s My Brat's team works diligently to
review the safety of all products, That’s My Brat cannot be
liable for accidents resulting in personal injury that involves a
product purchased.
Sales Tax
All customers must submit a valid signed resale
tax certificate to be kept on file. Sales Tax will be charged without a
resale tax certificate.
Shipping
That’s My Brat ships everything UPS ground
service unless otherwise requested. Prices do not include shipping
charges or $5.00 handling charge and will be added to invoice when the
order is process. Shipping charges are based on weight and destination.
That’s My Brat can ship items inside and
outside the 48 contiguous states. International orders and shipments to
Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Canada addresses will result in
significantly higher shipping charges. We are not able
to ship deliveries to a P.O. Box number or postal
route address. Please call our Customer Service team for specific
information regarding international orders.
You must be present to receive, inspect and sign
for your delivery. Please DO NOT arrange to have shipments dropped off
when no one is present. Upon inspection, if you find that your
merchandise is damaged, you may choose to refuse the delivery. Damages
must be reported at the time of delivery by calling our Customer
Service.
If you do not inspect your items upon delivery, or
note on the shipping documents “Cases Unopened - Possible
Concealed Damage,” That’s My Brat will be unable to assist
you in replacement of damaged merchandise.
Shipping Schedules
May vary from 2 to 4 weeks from the date of the
order. Time frames reflected in product descriptions are based on
availability. That’s My Brat reserves the right to amend product
information and shipping schedules due to manufacturer delays, changing
conditions and product discontinuations. In the event of a shipping
delay, That’s My Brat will notify you promptly and cannot be held
responsible for shipping delays beyond estimated delivery times.
